Questions worth asking
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Signal or Galaxy. Connect one domain you already own to each site. You register and renew the domain with your chosen provider; the free Comet address keeps working too.
Can I change plan later?
To switch between paid plans, contact us. We’ll confirm the price and when the change would take effect before making it. You can cancel fromPlan & billing; paid access normally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my sites if I downgrade?
Changing to a smaller plan does not automatically delete your sites or uploads. The new plan’s site, storage and video limits apply when the change takes effect. If you are over a limit, you may need to remove content or choose another plan. See ourcancellation policy for how we handle content over the new limits.
What is the “Made with Comet” badge?
A small line in the corner of sites published on the free plan, linking back here. It is how people find Comet, and it is the reason the free plan can exist at all. Any paid plan removes it from your next publish.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You can export the whole site as a folder of ordinary HTML, CSS and images at any time, on any plan including free, and host it wherever you like.
How do I cancel?
From Plan & billing in your account menu, which opens the billing portal. No email, no form, no phone call.
