A website builder for therapists and counsellors
A calm, simple site that tells people how you work and makes it easy to take the first step. No code, free to start.
An easy first step
- Let people book a free 15-minute call at times you choose.
- They get a confirmation email with a calendar invite, and can cancel or rebook themselves.
- Already use Calendly or Cal.com? Show that instead.
A private enquiry form
Messages go straight to your email. Ask only what you need, such as whether they’d prefer to meet online or in person. The form is protected against spam bots.
Calm and personal
- Choose your own fonts and colours, and lay out each page the way you like.
- Write about your approach in a blog, so people can get a feel for you before they get in touch.
Your own address
Use your own web address, like yourname.co.uk, on Signal and Galaxy.
What people look for on a therapist’s website
- Your fees, session length and any concessions.
- Whether you work online, in person or both.
- What you help with, in the words people use themselves.
- What the first session is like.
- Your membership and registration number, such as BACP, UKCP or HCPC.
- A gentle crisis line, such as “If you are in crisis, call Samaritans free on 116 123”.
- A natural photo of you, and of the room if you have one.
